What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at 500 units for most products. PTFE/FEP sheets: 500 sheets. Parchment paper: 100 rolls. Custom glass jars: 500 units per design. Complete packaging: varies, from 500 units. We can accommodate smaller trial orders for new clients.
How long does production take?
Samples ship in 7 days. Bulk production is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the product. Custom printed glass jars with full-color UV printing take 3–4 weeks. Plain PTFE and parchment stock orders can ship in 1–2 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We handle export documentation and can work with your freight forwarder or ours.
Are your materials FDA and food-grade compliant?
Yes. Our PTFE and FEP sheets are virgin, food-grade, FDA-compliant, and chemically inert. Glass jars are borosilicate with UV protection. Mylar bags and pouches are child-resistant where required by state regulations (ASTM D3475).
Can you do custom sizes and custom printing?
Yes. We offer full customization: custom sheet sizes, custom roll widths, custom pre-cuts, full-color UV printing on jar lids, custom mylar bag printing, and private-label packaging. Send us your specs and we will quote.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal for samples and small orders, and L/C for larger ongoing relationships. New clients typically start with 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. We provide free material samples for PTFE/FEP sheets and parchment paper (you pay shipping). For custom printed jars and custom mylar bags, sample costs depend on tooling and setup. Sample lead time is 5–7 days.
What is the difference between PTFE and FEP sheets?
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is the most common non-stick material, rated to 500°F, slightly textured surface, very durable. FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is fully transparent, slightly less heat resistant, and has a smoother surface. PTFE is better for higher-temp pressing; FEP is preferred when visual clarity matters.
